Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
