Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
