Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Oak Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
