Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
