Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Basin Care Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct.
