Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
