Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Corner Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
