Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Nova Nest Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 865 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
