Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Energy and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
