Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Beacon Press Group is a printer and publisher in Seattle serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
