Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Keystone Freight is a Seattle logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
