Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Bright Quill Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Seattle serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
