Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Rowan Farms is an agricultural business based around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
