Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Meadow Financial and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
