Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
