Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Yarrow Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
