Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Nova Juniper Legal Group is a Savannah practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
