Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Haven Insurance is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 709 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
