Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Junction Community Partners is a Savannah charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
