Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Financial is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
