Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Cedar Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Jose focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
