Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Ember Financial Group is a financial-services company in San Diego. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
