Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Nova Iron Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Diego. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
