Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Diego. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
