Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
