Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
