Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Cobalt Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
