Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
