Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood West Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Salt Lake City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
