Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
