Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Salt Lake City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
