Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Sacramento design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
