Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Rivermark Ashton Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Sacramento. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
