Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Union Foods Group is a Rochester food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
