Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lantern Early Learning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
