Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Rochester area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
