Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Summit Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
