Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Sable Manufacturing makes precision components in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
