Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around Rochester with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
