Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Lumen Stone Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
