Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
