Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Summit Ridge Early Learning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
