Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Rowan Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
