Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Basin Foods Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
