Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Junction Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
