Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
