Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Nest Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
