Greenridge Vista Financial is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
