Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jacksonville, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
