Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
